McCann Pottsville Campus to Celebrate 20th Anniversary on Thursday



The Pottsville Campus of McCann School of Business & Technology is hosting a 20th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 8am to 7pm. The event begins with an Alumni Breakfast with keynote speaker, Senator David Argall of the 29th District of Pennsylvania,former McCann Owner, John Noone; Vice Chairman of the Delta Board of Directors, Joseph Kennedy, as well as four alumni speakers: Tammy Grigas, Jacqueline Boxter, Joan Breslin and Roberta Tutko-Funderburk. The underlying theme for the day is a glimpse at where a McCann education can take you.

In cooperation with this theme, the campus has planned a day long Alumni Speaker Series which features speakers in every programmatic discipline who will discuss their field of employment as well as insight on how their McCann education helped them reach their current career successes. The speaker series is open to the public and the schedule is as follows:

10am- Alicia Schumacher Boyer, Licensed Massage Therapist, Downtime Salon & Spa

10am- Tara Wishkin- Licensed Massage Therapist

10:25am- Lisa Meleski, Residential Counselor, The Cloud Home

11am- Shanti Shade, Manager, Tri-Valley Dental

1130am- Barbara Lichvar, Simon Kramer Institute

1pm- Angela Boris, Sales Auditor, Godiva Chocolatier

1pm- Bryan Smolock, Labor Law Compliance Case Management Supervisor

2pm- Amber Swank, Medical Assistant, Family Practice Associates

5pm- Kelly Murphy, Investigator, Attorney Werdt

5pm-Joann Burns, Medical Assistant, Reading Health Physicians Network

5pm-Ashley Stine, Medical Assistant
