It was reported to police the Huth assaulted another person inside a residence on West Frack street.
Upon police arrival it was visible that the victim did sustain physical injury to their person.
Huth was taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
Huth was released on $10,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 26th, 2016.
