Charges of concealing the whereabouts of a child were filed on Monday against Tiffany Mellott, 27, of Pottsville, who failed to return her 7-year-old son to the boy’s father on March 29, police said.
The father has full custody of the child, police said.
A warrant has been issued for Mellott, who is refusing to divulge her location to family and police.
