According to Police, while investigating a report of a disturbance it was found that several drug related items were in the possession of both individuals.
Both are charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Sewinsky with additional charges of Misbranding a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Both will have to answer to charges before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
