During the course of the investigation it was found that Tiley was under the influence of a controlled substance, and was in possession of a controlled substance.
Tiley will have to answer to charges of DUI, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Misbranded Substance, Careless Driving, and a Seatbelt Violation before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
