The Cornwall Borough Police Department is searching for Alicia Buzzard, 21, who was last seen at Phil Haven Hospital in West Cornwall Township, at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2016.
Buzzard is described as 5’4”, 140 lbs., with brown shoulder length hair.
She is in the company of Elliot Ravert, 18. Ravert entered Phil Haven Hospital armed with a handgun and removed Buzzard. It is unknown if Buzzard willingly accompanied Ravert.
Ravert is driving a green 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche truck with PA registration ZGY-3594.
Police believe Buzzard may be at special risk of harm or injury.
Anyone with information regarding the location of Buzzard or Ravert should contact police immediately by calling 911.
