According to Police, John Kocher, 53, of Tremont, was killed along Route 895, in Washington Township around 1:00am Sunday morning.
Police say Kocher was walking along Route 895, near Covered Bridge Road when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Alicia Kintzel, 34, of Pine Grove.
Kocher was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are still investigating.
