Boy Dies from Injuries From Crash; Police Asking for Witnesses of Crash to Come Forward

A boy involved in a motor vehicle accident on Thursday has died from his injuries.

Around 12:15pm, Thursday, emergency personnel were called to the intersection of Route 61 and Terry Rich Boulevard, St. Clair near Wal-Mart for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment.

According to reports, a mini van turning into Wal-Mart from the southbound lanes of Route 61 crossed into the path of a pickup truck traveling north.

Two adults from the mini and an adult from the pickup were taken to a local hospital while a child from the minivan was flown to Lehigh Valley-Cedar Crest with life threatening injuries.

The Republican Herald is reporting that the child, 4 year old, Issac Krammes, died later Thursday from blunt force back and neck injuries.

The St. Clair Police Department is still asking for anyone who may have witnessed the accident to come forward.  If you witnessed the accident, please call (570) 429-3050.
