On December 27, 2016 Frackville Borough Police were called for a young child, unattended running into traffic on South Lehigh Ave.
When Police arrived on scene, the caller stated that after stopping traffic and getting the young child into their car, an unidentified female came and took the child.
The female was located and identified as Marisol Viera.
Viera is charged with Endangering the welfare of a child, and Recklessly endangering another person. All charges will have to be answered to Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
