Woman Facing Child Endangerment Charges After Kids Left Outside in Bad Weather

A woman his facing child endangerment charges and her 3 kids are in the custody of Children and Youth after they were left outside in bad weather.

According to WNEP, Pennsylvania State Troopers were called to a home of Carol Talanca, 35, on Walnut Street in Ashland  Monday afternoon because three children were left outside in inclement weather.

Talanca and her boyfriend were found asleep in the home and appeared to be under the influence of narcotics and didn’t what time or what day it was.

Police charged Talanca with reckless endangerment and child endangerment.
