Police and US Marshals Searching for Missing Judge from Lackawanna County

The Pennsylvania State Police and US Marshals have issued a missing endangered person advisory for a Judge from Lackawanna County.

The U.S. Marshals Service is searching for Edwin Kosik, 91.

He is described as 5’8”, with gray hair and blue eyes. He is wearing a blue winter coat and eyeglasses.

Marshals say they have surveillance video showing Judge Kosik trying to enter Bill's ShopRite in Covington Township Tuesday night but the store was closed.

But instead of turning right out of the store near Daleville to head home, Judge Kosik turned left.

He is operating a gray 2015 Acura RDX with PA registration JNC1450. The vehicle has damage on the driver’s side.

Authorities believe this person may be special at risk of harm or injury.

Anyone with information on Kosik is asked to call 911 or contact the U.S. Marshals at (570) 346-7277 ext. 0.
