Man Charged with DUI After Crash
West Mahanoy Township Police have filed charges as a result of a motor vehicle accident on January 27th, 2017.
Police were dispatched to the area of Fastenal in the Altamont Section for a report of a vehicle roll over. Investigation into the accident revealed that the driver was under the influence at the time. The driver also threatened officers while at the location. David Korn, Gordon, will have to answer to several charges, including DUI and Terroristic Threats, before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.

Man Facing Charges After Disturbance
Frackville Borough Police have filed charges on Ryan Wagner for an incident that occurred on March 5, 2017.
Police were called to a disturbance that was in progress in the borough.
After investigation, Ryan Wagner was then arrested for one count Persistent Disorderly Conduct, and one count Disorderly Conduct. All charges will be answered by Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale
