The event is being sponsored by Josh Rex State Farm Insurance Agency in Orwigsburg and will take place from Noon until 6:00pm at 669 Red Dale Road, Orwigsburg.
Those attending can bring their own kite or a get free kite while supplies last.
The event will also offer food, games, face painting, ice cream from Twisted Sisters, and live music from Country Traction.
