Police were requested by Philadelphia to locate Segarra who was wanted for Rape, Unlawful Restraint, Statutory Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault, Corruption Of Minors, Indecent Assault, Indecent Exposure, and Simple Assault.
Segarra was taken before Judge Reiley of Pottsville for a bail hearing where he was committed to Schuylkill County Prison on $100,000 straight cash bail awaiting extradition back to Philadelphia
