Lamar E. "Lem" Reitz, 82, of Klingerstown, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Lamar was born in Rebuck, PA on February 5, 1935, a son of the late Catherine L. (Drumheller) and Cloyd E. Reitz.

He graduated from the Mahanoy Joint High School and was employed as a marble and granite finisher with Interstate Tile and Mantel. He was a member of Salem Church of Rough and Ready and had served as a deacon on the Consistory.

Lamar was also a member of the Lykens Valley Roamers Campers Club, the Klingerstown and Mahantongo Fire Companies and a member of the Bricklayers Local 5 of Harrisburg.

He enjoyed woodworking, camping, hunting and he built napkin holders and rebuilt the infant swings for the Klingerstown Carnival Ground.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years Ruby (Erdman) Reitz, they were married June 18, 1960.

Lamar is also survived by a daughter, Lori , wife of Kyle Brown, of Klingerstown; a sister, Leah Underkoffler, of Mandata; three grandchildren, Kody, Keli and Kara Brown and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sons Lynn and Larry Reitz.

Viewing will be held on Thursday November 9, 2017 from 6-8 PM and Friday morning from 10-11 AM at Salem Church of Rough and Ready, 11 Church Rd., Klingerstown, PA. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM at the church with Rev. Mark Rothermel officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Salem Church Memorial Fund 1128 Ridge Rd Klingerstown, PA 17941.

Florido "Chico" Ciccozzi, 81 years of age, of Arlington Street, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Monday, November 6, 2017, at the home of his daughter Sheri in Barnesville, Pennsylvania. 

Survived by his wife of forty-eight years; Sandra J. (Schappal) Ciccozzi; daughter, Sheryl L. Beltz wife of William of Barnesville; son, Michael Ciccozzi of Kelayers; sister, Maria Ciccozzi of Pottsville; nephews Michael, Daniel, Eugene, and Jon Ciccozzi; many grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive Chico. 

A 1955 Tamaqua High School graduate, Chico retired from Keystone Lamp Factory of Slatington in 1989 as a supervisor. Upon retirement, Chico was a self employeed contractor in the greater Tamaqua Area until 2007. 

Born Friday, May 8, 1936 in L'Aquila, Italy. the son of the lateJohn, and Rose Ciccozzi. He was also predeceased by brother, Michael Ciccozzi; step-son, Gary Boltz.

A Funeral service will be held on Friday November 10, 2017, at 11 o'clock AM from the funeral home. Friends may call on Thursday evening from 6 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home, and on the morning of services from 10:00 AM until time of services. 

Interment will be in Sky-View Memorial Park, Hometown, Pennsylvania.

Robert J. Glessner, 92, of Ashland, PA passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville, PA. Born in Ashland November 5, 1925 son of the late Peter and Elizabeth (Banning) Glessner. 

Robert graduated from Ashland High School. He was a veteran in the U.S. Army. He worked as a master plumber for 40 years and was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Ashland, PA.
Preceding him in death are two sisters and two brothers: Marie, Gertrude, Raymond, and Louis.
Surviving are his wife: Jean (Strobel) Glessner. Two sons: Gary husband of Kathy Glessner of Ashland, PA; David husband of Linda Glessner of Harrisburg, PA. Three grandchildren: Kyle Glessner, Alicia Jones, and Chris Glessner. One great grandchild: Cameron Jones.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 9, 2017, 11:00 AM, at the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home, Ashland, PA with Rev. Dana Heckman-Beil officiating. Interment will be in Brock Cemetery, Ashland, PA. Viewing Wednesday, November 8, 2017, 6:00 to 8:00 PM, and Thursday 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Schuylkill Area Community Foundation, 216 S Center Street, Pottsville, PA 17901.
