According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, a resident of Locust Dale reported to police on 10/23/17, around 4:30am, an unknown person was heard walking around in their backyard.
The person fled the scene when the suspect realized the victim was outside of the home looking where the noise came from.
The victim reported similar incidents in the early morning hours within the month prior. During those incidents, the victim witnessed a male standing in their yard on their deck. Police were called for both of those incidents as well.
The suspect is described as a male, about 6 feet tall, thin, wearing blue jeans, a hoodie, and a ball cap.
