Police Release Additional Details from the Weiner Iron and Metal Burglary

State Police have released additional details from a burglary over the weekend.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the burglary occurred between 12/08/17 10:15 PM and 12/10/17 11:40 AM  when two suspects forcibly entered Weiner Iron and Metal Co. located on Route 61 in North Manheim Twp. near Pottsville.

Police say, the pictured actor broke a window to gain entrance into the scale room office.  He crawled on the floor to avoid the motion detectors until he reached the alarm control panel where he then disarmed the panel by tearing it apart. 

The pictured suspect is described as a black male,  6’0 - 6’1” in height and  approximately 280 lbs.

The suspect then used a yellow pry bar to unlock the vault room door where he removed $100,000.00 in cash from the unlocked vault.

Anyone who can identify the pictured suspect is asked to call PSP Schuylkill Haven at 570-754-4600.

Weiner Iron and Metal is also offering a reward of $1,000 leading to the arrest of this suspect.
