$1,000 Reward Offered for Information in Dead Horses Case in East Union Township

The Hillside SPCA and Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers are asking for you help in finding information to a case in East Union Township last month.


According to East Union Township Police, between the hours of 6:00pm January 1st, 2018 and 11:00am January 2nd, 2018 someone dumped 2 deceased malnourished horses on Girard Manor Road in Phineyville. 

The horses were covered by a beige colored tarp.

Horse 1 is a chestnut brown color with a white blaze on its forehead. 

Horse 2 is a whitish blonde color in nature. 

Police and Humane officers from the Hillside SPCA are investigating this incident, anyone with any information is asked to call police at 570-384-5829 or Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers at 877-TIP-S4SC - Case # 01-14-18

Hillside SPCA & the Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers are offering a reward of $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
