According to Ashland Police, on Sunday, around 4:00am, police were called to respond to Ashland Food Mart, located at 300 West Centre Street for a business alarm call.
When police arrived, they found the front glass door had been broken into.
Police reviewed security footage, which shown a male wearing a mask and gloves, dressed in khaki pants and a dark hooded sweatshirt, taking the cash drawer and lottery machine drawer.
The suspect also stole cigarettes.
It is unknown how much cash and cigarettes were stolen.
