Man Wanted for Failing to Appear in Court

Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael A. O’Pake and the Schuylkill County detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding a man wanted for failing to appear in court.
Detectives said Robert Phillip Lindenmuth failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on Jan. 30 to select a jury on three pending cases against him.

The cases included charges of four felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance; one felony count... each of criminal use of a communications facility, theft and receiving stolen property; three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance; and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Detectives said Lindenmuth is, 30, white, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. His last known address was 410 S. Middle St., Frackville, detectives said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Lindenmuth or on any other fugitive in Schuylkill County is asked to call the district attorney’s office at 570-628-1350 or Schuylkill County Tip Line at 570-624-3988.

In addition, anyone who may see or come in contact with Lindenmuth is asked to call the Schuylkill County Communications Center or the local police department immediately.
