Eleanor Yuditsky, 93, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Monday, April 23rd, at Shenandoah Senior Living Community, Shenandoah.

Eleanor was born in Mahanoy City, PA on September 2, 1924, a daughter of the late Martha (Davidavage) and John Sincavage.

Graduated from Mahanoy City High School class of 1942, and worked for many years at General Cigar, Mahanoy City.

She was of the late George Yuditsky with whom she was married for 51 years.

Eleanor is survived by a daughter, Diane D’Angelo, of Mahanoy City; two sons Thomas, husband of Kathy, of Clifton VA; Kenneth, of Orefield; also survived by
a sister, Rita Rodgers, of Telford. 9 Grand children and 15 Great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by brothers John, Joseph, Alfred, Edward, William, and sisters Ann Cusick, Marie Milillo and Alice.

Services will be private.

Interment will be at Skyview Memorial Park.

Karen B. Dreher, 85, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Sunday at Rosewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Pottsville, March 9, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Gladys Reber Fernsler.

She was the widow of Edward C. Dreher, who passed away in 2011.

She was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School, Class of 1951. She was a member of Faith Reformed United Church of Christ, Landingville, and was formerly employed by Classtex, Orwigsburg.

Karen was the past president of the Landingville Fire Hose and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. She loved spending time with family, cooking, playing cards, crocheting and traveling.

Karen is survived by her two sons, Todd, husband of Sharon, and Scott, husband of Pamela, all of Schuylkill Haven; her grandchildren, Ryan, David and Ashley Dreher; brother, Dale Fernsler, husband of Ingeborg, Wilmington, Del.; nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Faith Reformed United Church of Christ, Landingville, with the Rev. James Fidler officiating. A viewing for family and friends will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday until the time of the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Reformed United Church of Christ Memorial Fund, 8 Church St., Landingville, PA 17972. Interment will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.

Frank A. D’Attilio, 77, of Minersville, died Monday at The Gardens at York Terrace.

Born in Pottsville, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Helen Williams D’Attilio. He was a 1959 graduate of Minersville High School, where he was the class vice-president and captain of the football team. He was trained as a diesel mechanic in Elizabethtown; and operated the former Frankie’s CafĂ© in Minersville. He later operated an automobile service station. He was last employed by Tom Schaeffer's Camping & Travel Center, Shoemakersville, as a Recreational Vehicle Technician.

He was an Army veteran.

He was a member of the former St. Barbara Church, Minersville. He was also a life member of AMVETS Post 180, Pottsville. He enjoyed traveling, model trains and old Western movies.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Lucille Sebock and Kathleen D’Attilio.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, the former Jean Bannan; two sons, Nicholas D’Attilio (companion, Lee Ann Kasha), Pottsville, and Joseph D’Attilio (spouse, Arlene), Drexel Hill; two grandchildren, Justin and Angelina D’Attilio; a sister, Marguerite Tutko (spouse, Eugene), Saint Clair; nieces and nephews.









Services are private. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Township.
