According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the one vehicle crash occurred on Little Mountain Road in Union Township around 7:40pm Wednesday.
Police say Lucille Merenda, 68, of Ringtown was travelling west on Little Mountain Road when she traveled off the side of the road and into a ditch.
Merenda suffered minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
Assisting at the scene were the Ringtown Fire Department, Mahanoy City West End Fire, and Area Services Ambulances.
