According to PPL, the outage is contained to the Yorkville/Bunker Hill sections of City of Pottsville and reportedly caused by a tripped breaker or blown fuse.
UPDATE: Pottsville Fire responded to a transformer fire in the 1700 Block of West Norwegian Street. PPL is already on location.
The estimated repair time is by 5:00pm, Wednesday.
