Methamphetamine Seized in Mar-Lin Drug Bust Last Week

Methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia was seized during a drug bust last week in Mar-Lin.

On Thursday, September 6, 2018 around 9:00am,  the Pennsylvania State Police Troop L – Vice/ Narcotics Unit, members of the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force, and Minersville Police Department executed a search and seizure warrant at 203 Walnut Street, in the Village of Mar-Lin, Norwegian Township. 

As a result of the search, Law Enforcement Officers seized suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

The accused, Paul Noon, 32, was charged with 1 felony count of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (suspected methamphetamine), 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance (suspected methamphetamine), and one 1 count of Drug Paraphernalia.

Noon was then transported to Magisterial District Judge David A. Plachko’s office and was arraigned on the narcotics charges.

Noon was transported to the Schuylkill County Prison where he was being held on $25,000 10% Monetary bail pending his preliminary hearing set for October 2nd, 2018.
