A Bloomsburg man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Katlyn Harp, following what authorities described as a determined and intensive investigation.
According to Pennsylvania State Police Troop N, the case began as a missing person investigation before developing into a homicide probe. On Saturday, June 29, 2025, Vincent Lloyd Harp, 39, was taken into custody without incident.
Harp has been charged with Criminal Homicide and Tampering with Evidence. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Brenda Hess and denied bail. He is currently being held at the Columbia County Correctional Facility.
