Police Arrest Man Wanted on County Bench Warrant

Mahanoy City Police arrest man wanted on a Schuylkill County Bench Warrant.

According to Mahanoy City Police, Joshua Mooney, 30, of Mahanoy City was taken into custody on  East Mahanoy Ave after a foot pursuit. 

Mooney was wanted on a Schuylkill County Bench Warrant and was committed to Schuylkill County Prison. 

Mooney now faces additional charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and flight to avoid apprehension from Sunday's arrest.
