Peter J Hepler, age 91, of Pitman, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Premier At Susquehanna, Millersburg..

He was born on Thursday, September 8, 1927, in Pitman, a son of the late William F Hepler and the late Sarah Snyder Hepler.

He was a graduate of the former Hegins Township High School.

Pete retired from the former Bethlehem Steel Co, Steelton.

He was a member of Hepler's Church of God, Pitman.

He was also a member of the Mahantongo Fire Company. Pete enjoyed farming, gardening, and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife D Lorraine Knerr Hepler, to whom he was married for 67 years.

He is also survived by two sons, Jeffrey L Hepler and his wife Ann of Sacramento, Jace S Hepler and his wife Shawna of West Grove; a daughter, Amy S Romberger and her husband Andrew of Millersburg; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Ruth Brock of Greenville, SC; a brother, Franklin Hepler of Pitman; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Hepler's Church of God, Pitman, on Saturday, November 24, 2018, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Bob Cassel and Rev. Brad Hatter officiating.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday at the church.

Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Hepler's Cemetery, Pitman.

Samina Miriam Krobert, age 66, of Schuylkill Haven, PA passed away Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Schuylkill, East in Pottsville. 

Born in Pottsville, PA on October 24, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Keller George and Samina Miriam (Felix) Murray. Samina was a graduate of Pottsville High School and then attended the Schuylkill Business Institute. She worked in book keeping and accounting at Chester Salt Company in Reading and then for Boyer's Food Market in Schuylkill Haven. Samina was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Schuylkill Haven. She loved camping, doing puzzles and playing games on the computer, and most of all being with her family and great grandchildren. 
Samina is survived by her husband of 49 years, Russell Elmer Krobert, Schuylkill Haven; two sons: Russell Krobert and his wife Amy, Laurel Run, PA and Corey Krobert and his fiance' Rebecca Moyer, Schuylkill Haven, PA; a daughter Sabrina Stringham and her husband Jarrod, Schuylkill Haven, PA; 11 grandchildren: Russell, Nathan, Kendra, Kyle, Cody, Cynthia, Brandon, Tyler, Allison, Lauren, and Jyllina; four great-grandchildren: BrennaLynn, Connor, Blake, and Javien; a brother Daniel Murray and his wife Barbara, Florida; and nieces and nephews. 

A Religious Service will be held at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home, 208 Pike St., Port Carbon at 7PM on Monday, November 19th, with Pastor Shawn VanDyke officiating. 
Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Monday from 4-7PM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be held private.

Dorothy M. Gressens, 89, Ashland, PA passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the home of her daughter in Valley View, PA.
Born in Lavelle, PA, August 28, 1929 the daughter of the late Frederick and Mame (Wolfgang) Hepler. She was a member of Zion's Reformed Church, Ashland and the Eastern Star. She was a hairdresser. Dot (Nan) dearly loved her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. When she was able Dot enjoyed riding her bicycle, sewing, crocheting and spending every possible moment with her family.
Dot was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Paul H. Gressens; two sisters: Marie Hoffman and Alma Snyder; and one brother: Fred Hepler Jr.
Surviving are two daughters: Diane Metzinger wife of Carl, Florida; and Paula Kodack wife of Gerald, Valley View.
5 Grandchildren: Mark Novak, Idaho; Paula Morgan, Hegins; Gerald MP Kodack, Valley View; Natasha Novak, Florida; Christopher Novak.
10 Great Grandchildren: Mackinzie Novak; Alexis Novak; Brook Novak; Justin Kodack; Jared Morgan; Katelyn Morgan; Anthony Kodack; Brianna Kodack; Katie F Kodack; and Michael Kodack. 
Three Great Great Grandchildren: Addyson Bruno-Kodack; Jackson P. Kodack; Clay Neiswender; and Baby Morgan- May 2019.
Services will be announced at a later date.
