Ashland Police Take Man into Custody Who Failed to Register with Megan's Law

Ashland Police took a man into custody on Friday, who was wanted in Luzerne County.

According to Chief Gerard Daley, on Friday, January 18, 2019 around 7:00pm, a male was taken into custody after a joint investigation between Ashland Police, Frackville Police, and Luzerne Borough Police.

Daley reports that it was learned that a male, identified as Henry C. Dennis, 46, was living in the 600 Block of Centre Street and failing to register with Megan's Law.

Dennis was taken into custody by Ashland Police on a felony warrant for Failure to Comply with Registration of Sexual Offender Requirements.  He was then transferred over to the Luzerne Borough Police Department who filed charges.
