According to the Pennsylvania State Police, around 2:00pm, Tuesday, Jay Spotts, 68, was struck by a vehicle while he was walking along Sweet Arrow Lake Road in Wayne Township near Friedensburg.
Spotts was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the driver of the vehicle did not see Spotts.
