Joseph Kristopaitis, 41, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Saturday, December 29th, suddenly, at his residence. Arrangements are incomplete.

Irene Depsky, 82, Llewellyn, formerly of Jonestown, Cass Township, died Monday at Seton Manor.

Born in Minersville, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Anna Matz Pritiskutch. She was a 1954 graduate of Cass Township High School. She had been employed at the former Jackson Blouse, Primrose, and at Giant Food Stores, Pottsville.

She was a member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, Minersville.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Leo Depsky, in 2013; a daughter, Kathy Depsky Yakamavage, in 2012. She was also preceded by three siblings, Peter Pritiskutch, Jr., Helen Pritiskutch and Mary Pritiskutch.

Irene is survived by her four remaining children, Michelle Patacconi (spouse, Ted), Hegins, John Depsky (spouse, Janet), Etters, Steve Depsky (spouse, Carrie), Minersville, and Leo Depsky, Washington, PA; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, She is also survived by two siblings, John Pritiskutch, Jonestown, Cass Township, and Katherine Keller (spouse, William), Schuylkill Haven; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 A.M. from Dutcavich Funeral Home, 200 Sunbury Street, Minersville. Relatives and friends may call from 6:00 A.M. until the time of service. Interment will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Branch Township. The family prefers contributions to the American Heart Association.

Dorothy M. Moore, 94, of Providence Place, formerly of Orwigsburg, passed away Saturday, December 29th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Dorothy was born in Pinedale, PA on November 28, 1924, a daughter of the late Helen (Long) and Harvey Faust.

She was the widow of Harry H. Moore.

She graduated from Auburn High School in 1942 and enjoyed being a homemaker. Dorothy came from a big family. They all got together for many special occasions. Her pride and joy were the times she had with all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Orwigsburg and also a member of St. John’s Quilters. Many happy hours were spent with her friends. She worked for many years as a demonstrator for the Sunshine Company and later for Home Interiors. She also sang with the Schuylkill Haven Citizens Golden Girls.

Dorothy is also survived by her daughter, Susan M., wife of Thomas Kramer; Three sons David H. Moore, husband of Christine; James H. Moore, husband of Lori; Scott J. Moore, husband of Denise. Two sisters, Grace, widow of Ralph Freed, Frances widow of Earl Emerich; Four brothers, Charles, husband of Kay Faust, Arlan, husband of Rose Faust, Harold, husband of Chicky Faust William, husband of Judy Faust. Grandchildren are Kelly Childs, Kristin Sullivan, John Moore, Mallory Moore, Jimmy Moore, Jarrod Kramer, Kayla Moore, Brett Moore, and Jason Juranis. Predeceased by Brothers Floyd, Guy, John, Lester, Frank, and Carl Faust. Great-Grandchildren are Quinten, Celia, Will, Kinley, Grant, Lily, Elijah, and Isiah.

A Religious Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 5th at St. John's United Church of Christ in Orwigsburg. With Rev. Dr. Jan Remer-Osborn officiating.

Friends are invited to call from 6 PM to 8 PM on Friday, January 4th at Hamilton - Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. in Orwigsburg, and also from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 5th at St. John's United Church of Christ in Orwigsburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s UCC, 236 E. Market St. Orwigsburg PA 17961, in Memory of Dorothy Moore.

Richard (Rick) L. Leibig Sr., of Ashland, PA died on Monday December 31. He was 68. He was born on August 12, 1950 to the late Albert Leibig and Bertha (Meier). 

Rick served in the United States Navy. Rick retired last year. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. 

He is survived by his wife Ines (Lauta), his children Thomas Lauta (Nanette), Sally Mckelvey (John Sr.), Jennifer Foley (Donald), and Richard Jr., his grandchildren- Mya, Brayden, John Jr., Morgan, Maksim, Klaudia, Joshua and Jordan as well as his brothers, Sonny, Samuel, David, and Darryl. 

He was preceded in death by brother Walter. 

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 5,2019 at 1:00 P.M. In St. John’s Episcopal Church, 12th & Market St. Ashland,PA. Rev. James Smith officiating. 

Interment in Brock Cemetery, Ashland.
Viewing Friday 6:00-8:00 P.M. from the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home, Ashland and Saturday 12 Noon until time of service at 1:00.
