Luzerne County Woman Cited for Harrassment After Incident in North Union Township
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the incident occurred on Friday, January 11, 2019 around 6:30pm.
Police say Michelle Santiago, 28, of Fern Glen, Luzerne County, pushed a 51 year old woman from Zion's Grove causing her to fall backwards.
Santiago will be cited for the incident.

Woman Cited After Dogs Kill Chicken
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Friday, January 11, 2019, two dogs, owned by Amanda Schuetrum, 29, of Mahanoy City, entered a chicken coop on Park Place Road, Mahanoy Township, and killed a chicken, owned by Maryann Van Horn.
Scheutrum will be cited for a violation of the dog law.
