Saint Clair Police Charge Four with Retail Theft in Separate Incidents.


Saint Clair Police Charge Multiple people with Retail Theft from Wal-Mart

The following have been charged with retail theft on the specified date

 - Brianna May Evans, 23, of Schuylkill Haven - removed merchandise from Wal-Mart on January 13, 2019 without paying valued at $146.09

 - James Kerby - removed merchandise from Wal-Mart on December 2, 2018 without paying valued at $25,68

 - Jason Dougherty, 40, of Rehrersburg, PA, was taken into custody by Wal-Mart Store security on December 8, 2018 after attempting to steal 189.51 worth of merchandise.  The defendent attempted to lower the price of the merchandise by altering the bar code

 - Isaiah Osbournce, 24, of Valley View, removed and attempted to conceal merchandise from Wal-mart valued at 112,97 on January 18, 2019
