WEATHER ALERT: High Wind Warning Issued for Schuylkill County

The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for Sunday afternoon through Monday for Schuylkill County and the surrounding areas.

HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 1 PM EST MONDAY...

* WINDS...From the west 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* IMPACTS...Power outages, downed trees, and some structural damage. Travel will be difficult for high profile and commercial vehicles.
