* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for... Western Schuylkill County in central Pennsylvania... Southeastern Northumberland County in central Pennsylvania... Northeastern Dauphin County in south central Pennsylvania... Southeastern Columbia County in central Pennsylvania... Lebanon County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until 145 AM EDT.

* At 1037 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lebanon, Pottsville, Palmyra, Mount Carmel, Shenandoah, Annville, Minersville, Mahanoy City, Frackville, St. Clair, Kulpmont, Ashland, Campbelltown, Valley View, Pleasant Hill, Sand Hill, Pine Grove, Cleona, Lykens and Tremont.
