State Police Investigating DUI Incident in Rush Township

State Police are investigating a DUI incident in Rush Township that occurred last week.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Wednesday, May 1st, 2019 around 10:10pm, a motorist called 911 after observing a white Chevrolet sedan driving erratically on Route 309 Northbound in Rush Township.

A trooper from Frackville responded and found a 2007 Chevrolet Impala stopped along Route 309.

The trooper made contact with the driver who was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Justin Fulton, 37, of Nesquehoning was taken into custody and transported to the Frackville barracks for processing.

State Police are still investigating.
