In the first incident, Launi Bianco, 48 of McAdoo was wanted for Felony 3 Retail Theft charges. She was arraigned at Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer’s office Monday afternoon. Bianco was released on bail.
The second felony warrant was for Allen Schrader III, 25. He was apprehended late Monday afternoon by the St. Clair Police Department in their borough. He was transferred to Rush Township Police custody and was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge David Rossi. Bail was set at $5,000.00. Schrader was then committed to the Schuylkill County Prison pending a preliminary hearing.
