Man Involved in Previous Incident Facing Criminal Trespass Charges After Returning to Walmart

A man is facing criminal trespass charges after returning to Walmart after being banned earlier this year.

According to Chief Kenneth Zipovsky, the Rush Township Police Department has filed the charge of Criminal Trespass against Joshua Baran, 27. 

Baran was observed on the property of WalMart at 35 Plaza Drive, on August 3, 2019. 

Baran was previously given written notice that he was banned from coming on the property due to a previous incident earlier in the year. 

The charge was filed with Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer.
