The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM EDT this morning.
* VISIBILITIES...Below one-quarter of a mile, but down to just a
few hundred feet in some locations.
* TIMING...Through 9 AM today. Visibility will steadily improve to
over 1 mile between 9 and 10 AM.
* IMPACTS...Poor travel conditions through the morning commute
hours to work and school.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists are advised to slow down...use low beam headlights and
keep a safe following distance from the vehicle in front of you.
