The City of Pottsville has announced a schedule change for the 2019 Trick or Treat night.Due to the impending weather on Thursday, Pottsville’s Trick or Treat night has been changed to Wednesday October 30. The Merchants Safe Trick or Treat will be held from 4-6 PM and City wide will be from 6-8 PM.
