About 2 dozen homes are without power and Route 54 in closed in Hometown after an incident involving a tractor trailer hitting a utility police Monday morning.As of 11:00am, Route 54 was closed from the Hometown Farmers Market to the 5 points intersection after a tractor trailer attempting to make turn struck and pull down a utility pole and wires in the area.
Emergency personnel and utility companies are currently at the scene.
No injuries were reported.
