On Saturday evening, the Crimson fought hard and earned their Class AAAA District XI Championship.The game was held at North Lehigh against 9-5 Allentown Central Catholic.
The game started out close with both teams remaining scoreless after the first period.
Both teams scored back to back to tie it at 7 during the 2nd period and by the half, Pottsville had the lead 14-7.
The Crimson Tide would come out for the second half and completely dominate the game. ACC would not score again and Pottsville would pull in 20 more points finishing the game 38-7 and the District XI Class A Championship.
Pottsville will now play Jersey Shore on Friday night, November 22nd, 2019 at Danville HS at 7:00pm.
