Wednesday evening's commute could get messy with snow squalls in the forecast.
The National Weather Service has just issued an alert about snow squalls crossing Schuylkill County and the surrounding areas.
Flurries and scattered snow showers will occur today and tonight. Isolated, heavy snow squalls are possible, potentially resulting in dangerous driving conditions.
These snow squalls have the potential to drop an inch or two of snow within a short amount of time.
