Twardzik, a Republican, of Butler Township near Frackville, will announce on Thursday evening that he will run for the seat that Representative Neal Goodman, a Democrat, at the end of his term.
His announcement rally is scheduled to take place from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, January 23rd, 2020 at the Schuylkill Historical Fire Musuem at 105 South Jardin Street, in Shenandoah.
Twardzik is a retired Executive Vice President and a co-owner of Ateeco Inc., Shenandoah, marketer of Mrs. T’s , the world’s largest selling brand of frozen pierogies.
During his tenure, he helped grow the business founded by his father Ted, into the community’s leading employer.
