Man Charged with Failing to Comply with Megan's Law in Mount Carmel Township

A man is locked up in Northumberland County Prison after reportedly failing to comply with Megan's Law.


According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Stonington, troopers investigated a Megan's Law Sexual Offender Registration where James Prawdzik, 27, of Shamokin, did not comply with his registration requirements set forth.

Prawdzik was charged with failure to comply with Megan's Law, arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Michael Diehl and locked up in Northumberland County Prison.
