Shenandoah Man Facing DUI Charges After Traffic Stop in Ashland

A Shenandoah man is facing DUI charges after a traffic stop in Ashland.


According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on February 7th, 2020 around 8:30pm, a trooper conducted a traffic stop on Robert Collins, 44, of Shenandoah in the area of Boyer's Market in Ashland.

Collins was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs as well as driving a vehicle without certified inspection and driving with a revoked or suspended license.
