Shenandoah Valley Adds Graduate's Name to Plaque Recognizing Pennsylvania State Police

Recently, the Shenandoah Valley School District added another name to a plaque recognizing the Pennsylvania State Police.

In the lobby of the Shenandoah Valley High School is a plaque that recognizes the men and women from the Shenandoah area who have served as members of the Pennsylvania State Police.

The plaque lists 53 troopers, the latest being Nickolas Reese, a 2005 Shenandoah Valley graduate, who graduated from Lycoming University with a BS in Criminal Justice and then attended the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in Hershey.

Trooper Reese recently completed his first year as a State Trooper, and is currently stationed in Schuylkill Haven.

Shown in the photo is Trooper Reese seated between his parents James & Rene Reese.
Standing L-R: Lt. Colette Kulpowich Smith PSP and a member of the SV Class of 1991, and SV Superintendent Brian Waite.
