Kathleen E. "Kip" Osenbach, beloved wife, mother, Nan and sister, of Municipal Road, New Ringgold, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, in her home at the age of 72 years.

Born Wednesday, February 14, 1945 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late James and Helen (Romankow) Dillon. She was also predeceased by; sister, Maryann Wanuga.

Surviving are; her husband of 43 years, Dale H. Osenbach; son, Dale P. Osenbach and his wife Kristin of Nesquehoning; daughter, Krissann (Riley) D'Ottavio wife of John of Hellertown; sister, Helen Keilman wife of Gary of Tamaqua; grand children, Christopher Osenbach, Gabrielle Osenbach, Gianna Osenbach, Patrick Osenbach, Vincent D'Ottavio; niece. Barbara Keilman.

A graduate of Marian Catholic High School, Kip retired from First Commonwealth Credit Union in Lehighton, and had worked for Carbon County Women in Crisis for many years. Kip, was a faithful member of St. John XXIII R.C.C. of Tamaqua, where she and Dale served as greeters while assisting in many church events and chores.

Proud of her Irish heritage she and Dale traveled to Ireland, which she so enjoyed. Kip's greatest pleasure came from caring for her family and dotting on her grandchildren. She will be missed by many.

In accordance with the CDC precautions for the public concerning the covid-19 pandemic the family will hold private services with interment at St. Jerome R.C.C. Cemetery Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.

When permitted a Public Memorial Mass will be held in Kip's memory.

Reginald P. Kranert, 57, of Arlington Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania died on Monday, March 23, 2020, at home while in the care of his wife of 15 years, Elizabeth A. "Liz" (Grace) Kranert.

Born Wednesday, November 28, 1962 in Baybridge, New York the son of Janet (Madden) Kranert - Schwendel of Miramar Fl, and the late Reginald P. Kranert, Sr. He was also predeceased by his brother, Edward Kranert.

Surviving are; daughter, Jillian Kranert; step sons, James J. Francisco and John R. Francisco, brother, John Kranert and his wife Onica, sisters, Melinda Gleason wife of Timothy and Lisa Schwendel; grand children, Joseph Kranert - Abrams, Giavonna Francisco and Isabella Francisco.

Devoted to his Lord, Reginald attended Youth Challenge International Bible Institute in Sunbury, Pa and was active in Teen Challenge of Rehrersburg Pa., Reginald was a roofer in the Allentown area for many years. He worked for Bobby Alpha Roofing, Holencheck Roofing and Whitaker Roofing. Upon moving to Tamaqua, Reginald last worked at High wood U.S.A. in Hometown.

Edward Lee Dunn, Jr., of Walnut Lane Andreas, Pennsylvania died on Monday, March 23, 2020, at Seton Manor in Orwigsburg at the age of 96 years.

Born Wednesday, January 30, 1924 in Montclair, New Jersey the son of the late Edward Lee Dunn Sr., and Ruth (Haas) Dunn. Edward was also predeceased by; sisters, Ruth Laidlaw and Ann Harris.

Surviving are his wife of 70 years, Melva Alberta (Steigerwalt) Dunn of Andreas; son, Edward Lee Dunn, III and his wife Gail of Andreas; daughters, Sharon Soderberg wife of Carl of Quakertown, Deborah Salmestrelli wife of Jerome of Cape Cod , MA,; brother, Richard Dunn and his wife Regina of Lancaster; 4 grand children; 2 great grand children.

A graduate of Mountclair High School, Edward was an Elder Brother and longtime member of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall of Tamaqua. A retired mechanic, Edward was an Antique Dealer for many years. He and Melva enjoyed visiting the New England States, especially Cape Cod.

Anna E. Hain, 73, of Elizabethville, passed away Tuesday, March 24th at her home with her loving husband and daughter at her side.

Born in Pottsville and raised in Newtown (Zerbe), Anna was the daughter of the late Herman "Jimmy" and Mary (Karoly) Roach.
Anna was a graduate of the 1964 class from Minersville High School.

She worked in Washington D.C. at Saint Elizabeth Hospital. She also worked for Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute in Fairfax VA. Anna retired from Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Health and Welfare, Harrisburg.

Anna was a devout Catholic and was an active member of Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Lykens. Anna was a longtime Lector and enjoyed teaching CCD.

She had a passion for painting and photography having won numerous ribbons at the Gratz Fair. She also enjoyed gardening, flea markets and going to camp.

Most important to Anna was her loving family. She is survived by her husband Ronald, her daughter, Jessica Sohl and her husband Sean, two grandchildren Alex and Avery of Hackettstown, New Jersey. Also, a niece Stephanie Castillo and nephew Steven Finley both of San Antonio Texas as well as numerous cousins.

Services are private at the convenience of the family with Rev. Michael Opoki. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Williamstown. A Memorial Mass will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 732 Main St., Lykens, PA 17048. Carol Joan Betz, 70, currently of Hinder Homes, Denver, Pa, where she resided with her daughter Nikki Mellott for the past 2 years, and formerly of Pine Grove passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 in WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.
Born on January 31, 1950 in Mechanicsburg, she was a daughter of the late Violet Aungst Hikes.
She was a 1967 graduate of Pine Grove High School and a former member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Pine Grove.
Carol worked for Zimmerman's (Burke's) Variety Store, Red Arrow Quick Pickens, Olde World Cheesecake, and retired from Berger's Market in May 2015.
She loved sewing, baking and spending time with her family.
Preceding her in death were her husband Glenn A. Betz, Jr., whom she married on Feb. 24, 1968, a sister, Barbara Ann Kimmel.
Surviving are two daughters, Brenda and husband Eugene Strouphauer of Pine Grove, Nichole and husband Brett Mellott of Denver; a son, Keith L. and wife Christine Betz of Pine Grove; seven grandchildren, Ashley and husband Cameron Fickel, Michael Betz and fiancée Shendi, Kaytlyn Frew, Tyler and wife Kaitlyn Athey, Chase Betz, Luke Betz and Jackson Mellott; a great grandchild Brantley Betz; a sister, Sandra Cleary; two brothers, Steven and wife Barb Hikes, Martin and wife Rhonda Hikes; nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
