Troopers say that video surveillance, in the unit block of East Main Street, shows that prior 1:00am on Thursday, March 12th, 2020, a tall male wearing a dark colored winter jacket, windbreaker style pants with a reflective stripe down the sides, and dark colored boots, forcibly opened a door to a property.
The male suspect then removed items and fled on foot.
