The West Mahanoy Township Police Department is currently investigating a theft of construction equipment in Shenandoah Heights.
Police say between March 11th, 2020 and March 12th, 2020, a winch was taken from a piece of equipment located near the PP&L Substation on Pennsylvania Ave.
