The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the theft of copper piping from a site in North Manheim Township.Troopers say on April 20th, 2020, AP Merkel Inc, reported that someone cut a lock on a work trailer on Ag Center Drive, North Manheim Township and stole approximately $3,000 worth of copper piping.
